    If Clark was on a team that had some talent around her it would look a lot different. She is constantly getting double team because the teams she is playing against aren’t worried about any one else on her team

      @Gator -xi2jq - Exactly ... They don't have to worry about anybody else on that team, because they're Not stepping up.
      They jog up the court, they don't spread out; they look like a bunch of rookies, themselves!!
      I'm sorry, but it's hard to believe that some of them are the "best in the world"!!
      I don't think they like the Newbie, getting so much attention.
      It's kinda understandable, but Clark is glad to share the spotlight.
      She just wants to Win!!
      The Coach is Clueless.

    Now we know why the Indiana Fever was picking first. They have a slow lazy team with a Center who is glued to the floor. They cannot run which 30% of CC passes is from beyond half court last year. She cannot throw passes to spots because her teammates cannot get to those spots. Saw something last night that I was anticipating before she was drafted. I thought the opponent would set up a defense that would make it impossible for CC to play against. Also her teammates would not pass it to her much of the game. They also would not screen for her. They would not fill the lanes on fast breaks for her. They trotted down the court.

    Last 7 years the Fever have been in the basement. Christie Sides took the coaching job in 2023. Boston was drafted in 2023. The Fever won 13 games, 8 more games than 2022.18 to 20 wins are needed to get to the playoffs. Boston and CC will get it done.

    @Ginoulmer Před 29 dny +5

    It will never translate if the coach is just gonna have her in the corner with the ball out of her hands. Caitlin is getting 8 shots. If this is gonna be the game plan, I'm no longer a fan of the W. I have watched several games other than Indiana, and they are just not exciting. No logo 3's = no fans again. If not for Caitlin, I would literally not know anyone else's name. The other big notice is that the game is officiated like the NBA. Stars can travel in plain site like Stewart shuffling both feet at the 3 point line last night and then driving to the basket and making a basket and drawing a fowl. It was so obvious but uncalled. That's not basketball. Every call should be judged equally whether you've been in the league 10 years or in your first year. The whole send a message to Caitlin attitude will also cause fans to leave. If Caitlin isn't at least somewhat close to the way she was in college, the W will go right back to where it was. I'm getting g bored with it after 2 games. When Caitlin goes to the bench, I change the channel and wait for her to come back in. Cameron Brink is OK to watch, but she has a completely different game but is actually being used the way she should. Caitlin needs a coach who will allow her to run the offense and create shots for herself and her teammates. She has some of the best ball skills out there if not the best, and she is playing off the ball, getting a shot every 5 minutes. Shooters need shots, and this game plan ain't working.
