it all happens because of over masturbation ( 2 times/day) from age 15-16 year old. my lifestyle is very normal and simple.... i never eat outside foods, never take hot shower, never come in contact of radiation frequently......... never take any drugs, never take cigaar & alcohole... in my family no one ever face such problem.....

With such semen parameters, it is not very likely that natural conception will take place. ART techniques like ICSI will be more successful in your case

We just checked..and the result crytozoospermia..what is that mean?
It means that sperms are present in the ejaculate but are seen only occasionally typically after centrifugation of the sample. In simple words it means that pregnancy can be achieved with ICSI and ejaculated sperms.

Oligo - Low number, Astheno - Low Motility, when semen sample is both low in concentration and motility, it is labelled OligoAsthenoZoospermia. Cure depends on many co existing factors.

Depends on many factors. Very difficult to give just a generic yes or no answer. Low motility could be due to multitude of factors. Try a shorter abstinence before the next semen analysis. Just 1 or 2 days.
