With all the idiotic cat videos and people doing stupid stunts on the Internet, this series by Efren makes you realize what CZcams is really for. These have got to be the best videos I've ever seen on CZcams. Perfectly filmed, edited, scored and a great personality in front of the camera. The pandemic is wearing on me big time. As I watch this in December 2020, "stuck" in Indonesia...I cannot tell you how badly my soul craves the Camino. I have weird flashes of walking in Spain and France, remembering the taste of a cold caña of Estrella Galicia, or my second cortado of the day, the comfy weight of my backpack. I'm running to Spain after this is all over.

Just spent a whole day watching your great videos. I walked in your footsteps in 2018 stopping in many of the same places. I also walked to Santiago in 33 days. In 2019 I feel destined to go back, however going only to León and saving León - Fisterra for another time.

Thanks so much for letting us join you on your Camino. I started watching to re-live my Camino of 2013 but quickly became absorbed in your own and stayed with you until Finisterre. The photography, the drone footage and the commentary, sometimes humorous, always perceptive and insightful, made this easily the best Camino coverage I've seen, well done and thank you. I noticed that you kept your arrival at Santiago Cathedral personal and private (or did I miss some?) apart from a couple of glimpses at the end of The Journey, in which you looked emotional (as was I watching it). I hope we see you again in the future for another adventure. Until then, Buen Camino.

seriously the best video about all the camino feels I have seen! I'm honestly crying and laughing at the same time. I miss them camino so much. SO good montages. The one with the orange juice made me laugh the most oh and the financial list where you included all the snacks!
Oh my god. You captured everything. The stamps, the blisters, resting the feed, the signs, the albuerges, the friendships, the dinners, the snacks, the flowerfields, the bridges, even the temperature!!! You genius! What a great eye for details along the way, I LOVE it.

What an outstanding recap. You have a wonderful talent for filming and editing. We are planning on walking the Camino next September. We hiked the Appalachian Trail this year. I can't wait to experience Spain. Thanks for documenting your journey for those who will follow - especially the daily cost.
First of all, let me reiterate other comments. You did a fantastic job on this video series. Thank you for letting us join you on your camino. wonderful work! secondly, I hope you are doing a 'final' day 33, as other comments here seem to assume this video post is the last of the journey and I hope thats not the case. Now that you have some really devoted fans, you also might do an equipment or general 'what I might do or bring differently next time' debriefing, to sort of end-cap the equipment prep video you started with. I remember there were some small items you discarded along the way, but we never heard too much more about your equipment after that. Thanks again!

Efren that was absolutely fantastic! ALOT of work to create this, before, during and post camino. Completed my full camino sjpdp to SDC (then via auto to Finisterre) Aug-Oct 2014. Your journey and fabulous videos warmed my heart. It truly is one of the best experiences ever. We noticed that you have done the 4 day inka camino also! We did that the year after our SDC camino. Now I am off to watch your Inka experience! Hoping you may have a bit better weather than we did (lots of fog, mist, which made it very eery) and we can see what we may have missed. Dang - going to miss you! Felt sort of like I walked your camino with you! Cheers! Steph

This list of comments is such a disappointment! They used so many of the superlatives I was going to use!!! Have I watched (and enjoyed) more of your videos than anyone else's (and I've watched a LOT)? Yes, but this last one was the true capper! Great build up through out, best consistency of messaging, wonderfully enjoyable imagery, as a fellow photographer. My Camino Frances kicks off first week of April, '23 (Spring, bring it!) and you have ratcheted up my anticipation and excitement to almost unbearable levels because I've already tuned and retuned my pack. Your videos brought back so many wonderful memories and we stayed in some of the same places as you. You are a very kind peregrino and epitomized the spirit of El Camino perfectly.
