about the locked knees thing, i went to a private school and at the end of each year, the whole elementary would recite a ten minute verse and during chapel, we would do it until we got it right. so we would be standing up for an hour reciting it and kids would be dropping like flies. my brother passed out once when reciting it and they just kept going. like someone would pass out and our dean would yell to keep going while a teacher would carry the kid out 😭

The worst part is when you're up on risers bc if you're in the back row its often a 1-2ft deadweight drop, hitting the floor or the hardass metal can fuck you up. Bend your knees kids
