Starfield Dream Home

Starfield at the beginning of the game or the start of a NG+, you can now change your traits. One of those traits is the Dream Home trait, which gives you a large home and loan payments. The overall cost of the home is $125,000. The house is located in the Olympus system on Nesoi. On the decorations side, some of the decorations like the pool table unlocked for me when I research outpost decorations #3.

The in game Dream home location is awful , out in the middle of nowhere , now I know why they didn't bother to put any widows in , at least TG's home mod includes 3 versions of the dream home , now you can have the beach front paradise you've always dreamed of , just make sure it's flat terrain , btw Montara Luna , next to Akila , has some amazing beaches , safe water to swim in and 10/10 sunsets if your facing west ,
