L idéal serait d avoir celui du fond, avec moins de voisinage et personne qui passe devant la porte et les fenêtres: et moins de bruits aussi...Par contre, quand on connait Paris et ce genre d habitation sous les toits, bonjour le froid d Hiver et la canicule estivale ! Cet endroit charmant devient un four ! cette verrière ne peut pas s ouvrir ! et le rideaux est NOIR, alors qu il faut une protection BLANCHE ! Dommage, mais c est un faux paradis, hélas ! ( on voit bien comme les murs sont fins et pas du tout isolés ! )...Et très peu de rangements !
