Entrapment is for law enforcement, not private individuals or companies. They are also your system and there’s nothing wrong with running your own system.
The only questionable part is whether it’s legal to hack them or not because that’s the purpose of them. Is it legal to use something the way it’s intended to be used?

How do I resolve this
I'm not familiar with that issue as I installed T-Pot directly onto a VM and haven't attempted to use the container. Make sure to revisit the T-Pot README file on their github page. Maybe the answer is in there.
If all else fails, then be sure to open an issue in the tpotce github repo. Link github.com/telekom-security/tpotce/issues
