Great video! My hubby was born and raised in HSV & after we married in 75 (Naval Air Station, Meridian MS) and a tour of duty flying jets off the Kennedy and a tour of duty at Whiting Field (Milton FL) he got out of the Navy and we moved back to Monte Sano and bought the old homestead from his Mom. We've been back in HSV since 1980. As soon as I started watching the video, I knew you were on Bankhead. :-) I prefer driving the backside of the mountain rather than Gov. Dr. That's a given. Thanks for posting!
Born and raised in Huntsville. Still live here and still love it
Me too. Except for 4 years in the air Force I've lived here in Huntsville in the same house I grew up in. Wonderful town.
Born and raised there...I still ride my Ninja up there to spend the day whenever I can...I miss the rocket city a lot...thanks for the ride. 😎👍
That war memorial is pretty badass! 👊🐢☠️
Yeah, it is amazing. The city is building on to it and making it bigger. A good reminder that our freedom was bought and paid for by the blood of our fine folks in the armed forces.
Im just watching this cause im sad im moving soon cause this is where i grew up is hunstville alabama its so sad i have to leave my hometown its awful and horrible its hard to move from your first house and its very stressful but you can still have memories and memories will always be never forgotten
Yeah, Huntsville is a great place to live. As I have traveled around on business I have found there are lots of great places to live. Hope you are moving to a good community!
Hope your move went well and you've grown to like your new home! Peace & love from Huntsville Alabama✨
Nice to see around Huntsville where My son (South Korean exchange student to Ole Miss) visited Space center with his friends a week ago from Oxford. Think Huntsville is good city name, and sounds nice to hear.
I m missing my town. Was used to be there some 30 years back....love from Pakistan
Love the war memorial, very cool
I love this video. I’m from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and I wanna visit Huntsville one day :)
They have a Huntsville there too
Excellent video
Great video. It's always nice to see other Alabama motovloggers. I'm in Florence.
Was born in Huntsville ,Alabama. But adopted. So, I did not get to grow up there. Great video,
That's my home, thanks for sharing!!!
Nice vid and tour! I plan on riding through there with my ZX14R this summer when I head up 65 to go visit my old Navy buddy south of Nashville.
Great vlog and some great sites!
Fantastic video, thank you!
Great tour and edit!!!
Nice tour!
great video man
It's so weird seeing the town you live in on the internet also people hate on Alabama to much
They were dancing in the streets in 1969 around the court house. You didn't say anything about that.
When we helped put man on the Moon
Have a fellow rider who lives in Athens, AL. Picked him up on the way to The Dragon last Novemeber. Showed him some nice roads all along the way for 3 days of fun in the curves and twisties. We were probably not far from you!
Right @Lance Chapman
MemphisMike Athens is not far at all. About 30 minutes west of Huntsville down Hwy 72. Did you go through Huntsville/Chattanooga on your way to the Dragon or up through Tullahoma/Monteagle? If u guys ever ride through here again let me know! Would love to ride with CZcams celebrities like Memphis Mike and Chris Caliente!!!
Yes, i went that way back last November headed to Dragon area. This last time about 2 weeks ago I shot straight out I-40 East to Crossville, to Highway 68 and took the Cherohala Skyway into Robbinsville. I HATE I-40!!! Always be great to meet up with a fellow CZcamsr!
Nice one mate!
Great video! Also, whats the track you put this to?
I love the music too!! 😉😆😁

@@twowheeldawg1190 Awesome thank you! Also really looking forward to visiting Huntsville hopefully in the future!
Headed there end of May any areas or rides you can recommend?
Welcome to Viral City
Looking to move there, gotta do more research. Seems like a great place to start a family though.
Great place to live. My wife and I have been here all our lives and still love it. Yes, it is a great place to raise a family.
I got to see my old house! Lived in the old Weeden House on Williams ave. In the early 90s.
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY 100% LYING!!!!!
In 1973, it was purchased by the city of Huntsville and the Twickenham Historic Preservation District Association restored it before they acquired it from the city. The private residence became a MUSEUM in 1981......
@@angieabsher It wasn't an intentional lie, but I definitely must be mistaken. I remember the house I was in was a big white one on Williams & the historical marker read "Public Inn 1818".
The Star is always a mess lol
Hey sir! I know this is a very late comment, but I was wondering if you still knew where to get a motorcycle license here in Huntsville ? I’ve been trying to figure it out and have done some research, but couldn’t find anything unfortunately. I’m really wanting to get out there, but definitely want to take the right precautions first!
There are a couple of places. You can go to the Madison County courthouse in downtown, but I prefer going to Parkway Place mall. I park on the backside and the entrance is in the mall on the southside of the Belk entrance, Once you are in the mall look to your left and you will see the office. Here is the address: 2801 Memorial Pkwy SW, Huntsville, AL 35802
childrens museum looked cool but the space and rocket center that is really cool!! great video bro also what software do you edit with I liked the little descriptions
KhaosMoto Thanks! I use Filmora Wondershare.
Two Wheel Dawg nice Ill have a look at it... have you found it good so far any problems with the software
KhaosMoto no problem so far. I like the software b/c it's real easy to use.
Great video. I'm interested in looking for aerospace engineering jobs in the Huntsville area. Would you recommend a millennial from Houston Texas (and before that Atlanta GA) move to Huntsville? My career is in aerospace engineering and I'm looking for a place to settle down and start my family. With aerospace jobs so concetrated there my reasoning is that I might have better chances of staying in the area even if I move between jobs. I understand the schools are ok there (are private schools prevalent?), the only downsides I've seen that concern me are an elevated crime rate and unemployment rates for low skilled workers. Also how is the shopping there? Is there good access to uncommon goods or food items? Like foreign food markets, farmers markets, brewer supplies, hobby stores, etc...
How did you like Houston? I'm in aerospace and trying to decide between Huntsville and Houston?
Where’d you go dude?
Work has got me real busy. Weather is looking pretty here in Alabama.......I will be back!
Any Asian restaurants and market in Huntsville?
There are a couple of decent ones, there's a great Thai restaurant "Surin" and new sushi shops but Edo's in Madison was the best, hopefully it will reopen. There is a small Asian market thats been around for decades and another in the works.
