Okay, so I watched part one and gave it a thumbs up even though admittedly I felt a bit cheated. Nothing but dyeing wood shavings and casting resin. A little like watching paint dry. But hey we all love Doug so give him the benefit of doubt. Then you post this and damn it, now I have to watch Kim in order to see who wins the challenge because THIS is beautiful. Not that watching Kim is a chore by any stretch of the imagination. Heck, she was next up in my watch list anyhow to be honest. So I get done here, grab a sammich and a cold one and settle in for another great Kim video. By the time I am done with lunch I am left in a quandary. The ONLY fair decision is to declare a tie. TWO absolutely beautiful pieces from two absolutely awesome turners! So now you two have to get set for another round I guess. OH POOR US! Thanks you two! These were great fun to watch and beautiful turnings to see. BE SAFE AND STAY HEALTHY!
