Apparently CATL are aiming at 200 wh/kg for Sodium ion batteries.
You could also argue that Tesla is a one-car company because it sells more Model Y that anything else, but those other models are there for those other people who want something different.

you need to rephrase your title. the car is brand new and hasnt had sales yet i think( the announcement for Jan sales), so it didnt save xpeng in 2023!
you should instead say (X9 has the chance to save Xpeng in 2024).
i mentioned before, zeekr 007 amd Xpeng x9 would kill it in the Chinese market in their respective segments. zeekr is also about to unveil their MY/Song competition. another 2 sedans have been revealed since the zeekr 007 which was just released a week ago!

Your absolutely correct and his many videos per day show quality over quantity, it's misinformation X9 saved Xpeng in 2023. I've started reporting these misinformation spreading videos.

giga-casted as we cansee, slightly different aluminium flow than Tesla, but still we can see that other manufacturers are going that way..... as always... Rear steering whhels also... I'm curious what low voltage architecture they have....
Yes, giga casting means that they can sell them at a much more competetive price while still maintaining profit margin.

check insurance registration and their inventory. Their sales won't last. It's a good looking car but there's many things that just are attractive for long term use
Their share price is still utterly lousy.
LOL, I suspect that Xpeng will lose lots of money on this van. I am pretty sure that XPeng now sees VW as a possible buyer of the company. So XPeng wants to show good demand and is going to take losses to get it. They want to then sell more of the company to VW and let them build VWs on their new platform which XPeng can legitimately say there is high demand for.
The problem is that VW will have to find a way to actually make a profit using this platform. Can they? Maybe but I doubt if VW cars will be as nice as the XPeng badged ones.
But the software is terrible in Xpeng cars. No matter how good if the car is dangerous and annoying

Jai Hinduja. We Indians have the largest number of middle class consumers like in Apples, EVs etc. However we Indian EV investors must think like VW in uncovering a rough stone.

People can do many things with the Mini-Van,
Carry many people around, that is when you ever needed with a family and can carry all your sporting gears with you.
Lower all the seats. It can be a cargo carrier.
It can also be transformed into an adventure Vehicle with Added sliding wings style solar panels on the rooftop that can charge up the batteries where there is no charging station around in the great outdoors.
That why Mini-Vans and Large Cargo VANs are a big saler in the pass.
It seems like the new Affordable Electric Vans it going to be the same.

Sorry, Im not going to say its great just because its an EV. Its the same old styling. Not a new look . Not exactly an aerodynamic appearance either. In particular the grill is hideous. Maybe its a popular style in China. As far as Im concerned they can keep it.
Its drag coefficient is 0.227, second only to the Li Auto Mega for MPVs.
