Corner of Pappilankuja and Hintsankatu had a sign pointing towards library, Takahuhdin koulu and Messukylän kirjasto. That and compass got me close enough. Mostly my detective work was based on the same clues as yours.
Fun map! Second round was mean, but had a successful count like you had, except I used the bridges for mine. The Shell station took me rather longer to find that it ought to have, as I didn't zoom quite close enough for it to show for a while ... In the last round I had to rely on the end points of the bus route listed at the bus stops in that intersection in order to figure where it was, plus some signs for cyclists/pedestrians just north of the intersection showing how far off various other suburbs were.
I was very afraid on that highway round that I will fail, but counting was successful. I said in another comment that in the first decade of 2000s I was in Tampere at least once a month because of my job, but I always just drove to the center or one another location, so only the very center is somehow familiar to me. The residential areas etc. are unfamiliar to me, but this was a quite easy game anyway.
2001-2009 I was working in a company which had offices in Helsinki and Tampere, and that time I drove to Tampere at least once a month. Usually I went to Siperia and parked into Plevna P-hall. Sometimes I went to Sarankulma. But now I haven't been in the center for 7 years.

I wanted only very urban areas to this map and that's why Teisko was left out. And to that thing after 8 min, see the ad near to that building :D :D
