I was born and raised there. Left with my family in the early 90s. I've visited a couple of times since leaving, but the place just isn't what it was back then. I pray that changes.

Ft Valley used to be nice little town, like you said there were jobs at the bus plant.
The peach industry has faded. A lot has changed. Maybe some new leadership like what happened in Gray 20-30 years ago would help. Thanks for watching.
Unfortunately, I was just in Ft Valley in January for my mother's funeral. While I was there I got a chance to eat at a wonderful restaurant in town called Flavors. Food was very plentiful and good. Hospitality was superb! #ILoveCaramelCake

No, no we didn't. We made this drive through on our way home from visiting with relatives on Thanksgiving Day. We usually don't video colleges. We haven't videoed Georgia Southwestern which is just a few blocks from where we live nor South Georgia Tech which is on the north side of town. We do appreciate your watching our video. Thank you.
