Guntubers do Force on Force with REAL GUNS
Vložit

- We took @ForgottenWeapons, @PrintShootRepeat, @FirepowerUnited and @BlokeontheRange to Black Bear Solution SITE-B and pushed them in Force on Force battle with Arex MTX.
How do you think your average guntuber will do in close quarters battle scenarios?
Place your bets :D
Arex MTX is marker training ammunition that works in real guns with a special conversion kit that makes it impossible to fire live ammo (for safety reasons).
There are many similar training system on the market today but Arex MTX stands out with super accuracy and reliability - with a patented system of a copper wipe in the projectiles it leaves zero residue in the gun itself. Even after after a whole day of shooting and training the barrel looks as it was just cleaned.

I see there are a lot of questions about the Arex MTX marking ammo. If you are interested, we made a separate video where we show how MTX works and how capable it is:

Is this ammo / conversion kits available in the US?
@@kevinfitzpatrick5949 no
i think ATF has recently banned training ammo in the US for civilians for some unknown reason...
@@kevinfitzpatrick5949 No, cause they got mad their pistol braces ban was overturned, which decreased their revenue. In return they banned anything and everything else, including smoke grenades. (official reason: Simunition is a 'non-sporting' type of ammunition, as opposed to other ammunitions which are 'sporty', apparently. Also I know the [edit here] simunition ban was before the ban overturn, but dang)
@@PolenarTactical crybaby legislators...how the hell does one justify banning non-lethal simunition? Our country is so ass-backwards.
@@PolenarTacticalchevron difference is overruled, they have no say now unless congress passes something now.

@@NelsonZAPTM so you're saying forward observers are smart men?
This is just Airsoft tbh but more expensive and the projectiles hurt more
@@southwestoklahomaairsoftcl9889 do you know any stupid FO's?
@@Virutosah Probably a bit better due to higher projectile velocity, and therefore not so much of the "dodge the pellet" effect happening.
Airsoft is not bad for CQB practice, but past about 10-15 feet, the slow pellet causes tactics to change.
Also, with this and with airsoft, there is no shooting through concealment like with real bullets.
This is honestly the best way to train because it brings the realistic fear of getting shot and it hurting to the table. With that, it will show how well an operator will perform while their flight or fight responses are battling in their brains.
This is the main reason marking ammo can be a bit better for this kind of training - as long as people are afraid of getting hit, it will bring up a lot of adrenaline and better simulate a certain scenario than just airsoft.
But if you train a lot even MTX marking ammo will not scare you that much anymore so it can loose the value
I'll put my few cents here. I do historical fencing, and pain doesnt make training better. If you have too much pain - you learn to avoid it, not learn to be better. Avoiding pain in their case is using thin wooden covers and stuff, but in reality it wont stop any bullet.
Thats just from my experience, as an example, people usually revert to doing less risky moves to not get hurt, whilw ij reality, this move would've granted big success with low risk, but in a training scenario. getting hurt sucks with not much profit for skill.
@@PolenarTactical Plus train too much with it and the whole "concealment vs cover" training looses some value. Ex army here so cover was drilled into me, but playing paintball vs non military trained people will have me loose every day of the week.
They will tag me in that errant foot sticking out in the open while I try jogging painballs through a plywood wall I know isn't worth damn for cover if it was 5.56 I was shooting! Doh
I found paintball to be ""good"" training in the context of close combat for this exact reason [paintballs hurt] and additionally if you purposefully run your gear to mimic an actual fighting load with a full-face mask you'll be pissing sweat, thirsty, physically tired, sucking wind, fogged-up, and constantly outgunned in a way that forces you to adopt good habits when shooting and moving to compensate, which gets you out on top most of the time, especially if your team mates are receptive and can remember the trifecta of "shoot, move, communicate". Ofc the question of cover vs concealment can lead to training scars in theory but once you see what live rounds can do you get an immediate feel for the difference that would do away with all that if you had a head on your shoulders in a real steel scenario.
In short: know your medium and it's limits, and take the good from whatever experience you can get. And if you play airsoft, because paintball is dead; invest in low-cap mags and put weighted plates in your plate carrier.

We will all be attending Finnish Brutality match in August. Obviously we can't do FoF there but we can try to make some col content together. Any suggestions?
@@PolenarTactical honestly Finnish brutality seems pretty awesome itself. I don’t know the regulations so I’d hate to speak out of turn but you guys might get together for a “draw a gun out of a hat” style competition. Everyone picks a gun blindly that someone else picked/brought and has to complete a stage/a mini competition between you. You might get something you are familiar with, you might get something Ian found in a cave in the desert or some monstrosity PSR dreamed up. I don’t know if it’s feasible but could be fun.

Thank you, that's good feedback!
This has strong airsoft vibes. I'm all for force-on-force training, but I don't know if this is better than using less expensive airsoft replicas.
Airsoft is a good cheap tool for all kinds of training, from precisions hooting, IPSC, tactics and force on force, if done correctly. This marking ammo just takes it one step further because it hurts like hell and people are actually afraid to get hit so they take it more seriously
I've been accused of being a sore loser as I didn't even know I was hit while playing airsoft.
I prefer paintball as there's no questioning whether or not you're hit. Far more energy behind a paintball.
This looks like a blast to play, combining my two favorite aspects of airsoft and paintball.
@@PolenarTacticalagreed 100%, I Airsoft a fair bit but have also used simunition and the extra pain/noise factor definitely has me much more on edge and hesitant to make any reckless moves like I’d do in airsoft.
