I have lived in AZ my whole life and the homes and lots get smaller and smaller and the prices are outrageous. Seems like most of the homes in Phoenix metro area all look the same from the outside and rocks for landscape. And this house had very little storage.

I don’t disagree. Prices keep climbing, homes are stuff together, and it’s build em and fill em. I do have a video this week, with homes on much larger lots.
