some more info on blizzard:
For the first skill i recommend holding it for atleast 1 second and you should be close to ur target if u want to hit it.
for the second skill i recommend you use it to keep your distance from your opponent if you're low or need some seconds for your cooldowns.
for the third skill I'd suggest you use it to catch your opponent off guard because it has good range good hitbox and good speed, it can also be used as a combo starter.
and for the fourth skill i would get as close to the target as possible since the startup ken breaks and pulls your opponent to you.
and for the fifth skill i recommend you use it you land the third skill or the second skill because the third skill has quite a long stun and the second skill is as fast as this skill, this skill can do massive damage if used properly.

1 thing I would like to add I think serpent bow X move works well with blizzard v since it can prevent people from using dash/movement skill for a while when they are still in blizzard v domain taking DOT(Damage Over Time) :>

Another thing shark awakening can be very fun to use with this since the V move can in combination with the whirlpool effect makes the target incredibly slow so it’s easier to do combos with shark man karate

Also the V skill of blizzard is like cyborg V3 which makes it harder to ken trick.
If the enemy is in the domain his observation WILL be perma disabled unless get out or time or domain ran out

Mostly based on my own experience while using the fruit, and I will test each skill and see how it performs to judge if it's useful for combo starter/extender/finisher
