For those wondering:
Eveytime you do free battle, the game will either do a tip or a pop quiz and whatever you ger first ill, the next will play.
The character tips arent random either (in this order):
>The character's charge
>special 1
>special 2
>special 3
>ultimate
>recomended combo
>cross break/cross break combo
>Overall character summary

Yo when u do the dash in with vegeta and u do the first hit how do u land without the landing penalty animation

Ehhh it varies sometimes. I just try to hit my opponent as fast as I can. But if I do it too fast Vegeta would hit earlier then anticipated thus hitting air. All I can say is keep practicing to get the timing down. Hope this answers your question.
