You’d have to go to Acura. Honda label but Acura part. Was special for the RSX my dealer had them for $45 & $30

Is power folding mirrors factory with the Type S in US market?
No, it was part of a optional package in JP.
I had the same issue. I ended up just plasti-dipping mine and they look brand new (:
+SharkMate1012 that could be an option, but it's just temporary. I took more of a permanent approach with actual paint but it didn't work to my standards. If you want to fix it and never come back to it. Buy new ones, at the end of the day, that's the only right choice. (:
