melancholy definition: a feeling of pensive sadness, typically with no obvious cause. honestly thats a good name for this song
When I hear it in the elevator, I get that exact feeling without knowing why
Only in this case the cause is the entity which by all rights should not exist ripping you limb from limb in an underground facility you’ve been imprisoned at for so long you don’t remember what the sun feels like.

Chaos should spawn with AK 47'S and the Chaos Commander/D Boi escapee have a now more accurate Logicer.
You made it.
You dodged the corroding old war veteran. You talked down the sadistic peanut statue. You evaded the doctor and his moldy, t-posing goons. You gunned down numerous Insurgents who could've possibly been a coworker in the past. You were mugged by D-Class, watched as your guard gets his skull broken by an oversized skinless talking dog, and saw a colleague get his neck broken by the very statue you worshipped. All to come to a massive decision. Do you abandon the Foundation you swore by for decades, or do you stay till the bitter end? You clutch the O5 card in your hands. You look at the Warhead Control room. You know what you have to do. The Alpha Warhead had been activated multiple times, only to be shut off by the monsters or by people desperate to escape. You ponder whether to actually blow the place up, but when you hear the sound of a car and a helicopter simultaneously, you quickly smash the big, red button with your fist and rush back to cover.
"T-Minus 50 seconds."
The MTF and Chaos Insurgents both step out of their vehicles. You are told by MTF to leave, and that you won't be reprimanded for abandonment if you do. They tell you to go on and live a normal life, or maybe return once the breach is resolved. You remain, just inside an off-site security area with camera feed. You see an MTF, while there was 15 seconds left, jump into the elevator. What came out was the monsters. However, the explosion of a frag grenade rings out from behind the SCPs, with a bit of Peanut's torso destroying the camera a second after the explosion. You check other cameras, and see the other SCPs on the ground. The MTF confirm vital signs in all of them. You decide to run back to civilization. Goodbye, Foundation. You're not dealing with this shit anymore.

You are right, i always see people saying that they would like to work in the foundation, but the SCP FOUNDATION is a dark and a horrible place to be, and if the SCP FOUNDATION exist, that means that all of us will go to die. And also the C.I. were a subdivision from the MTF.
The SCP FOUNDATION is awesome but it's better that they don't need to exist.

Puzzle Puddles secret laboratory is meant to be more light hearted, because you really can’t get too menacing in an online environment where mics are present. SCP: Containment Breach, on the other hand, is pretty scary and more on the serious side.
How can it be spooky if there’s mics being used? People make it less scary

Because children overfeasted the game and now its cancer, I probably would of played it a lot more if there weren't so many fucking...
Those rare times when you get some grown men and are in a tight spot get really tense. Like when I was a Security guard and my team and I were besieged in a hallway by SCP's and we kept trying to hold. It was tense as hell and honestly really fun.

This theme has always reminded me of half- populated usually busy areas, like an airport at three in the morning with nobody there. Gigantic windows for viewing planes take off, but replaced with a seemingly endless void, Concession stands with no buyers, and the infinitesimally buzzing neon light strips in the roof.

While I find Secret Lab a flawed enough game, the music is probably one of the only things preserving any kind of mysterious atmosphere.

This remix would mix so badly well in a next Halloween event or something else, or at least is what I feel in the beginning of the music, it could be too a good interesting use if the SCPs were in the surface and they were having a fight with somebody. I keep coming back to this song, just abso. love it, I play SCP SL daily, extremely fun, joined in late April of 2018, almost a year before we moved to Vegas. it just gives me nostalgic vibes for some reason and like somee otehrs have mentioned, otherwordly feelings, and like the song's name suggests, it sounds and feels _melancholy._

One day in SL, I got locked in an armory room as 939. I kept talking with the other SCPs and they focused on mostly luring MTF to the room to get me out, as I was the only effective SCP left (we had 049-2 zombies, 079, who was useless without another SCP, and me). I sat in that room until the nuke went off.
