Lee here, so glad to be back peeps and happy to have all of you watching!!
Thank you for all the kind remarks. 🙏
You guys rock it man u guys r amazing
You should give fly fishing for musky a try sometime! I love seeing experienced anglers out of their element trying new things
Just not my thing. I live for wood topwater baits.
@@TodaysAngler Of all the fishing channels I had hope you two would be up for the challenge 😞
Tom Milbury I fly fish for muskies check my channel out!
Good to see you Lee. River musky fishing is probably my favorite musky fishing.
Good stuff Lee, I have always wanted to musky fish a river but never have! This video gives me some ideas as to how to make that happen! 👍🏻
Good to have & see you back Lee!
Lee comes back with a top water clinic! That was fun to watch!
Really good to see you again in the boat Lee! Great video on topwater!
Good to see the 1,2 punch back in action! Sweet video!
Welcome back Lee - good to see ya man!
Welcome back lee. Good to see you around. Keep up the good work and i hope you and robbie get in the boat together more.
Thank you. Me as well
Top water is the absolute best way to catch a musky. I caught a 37 inch Tiger this year on a Buzz Bait and it was so cool seeing the bite. Good to see Lee putting a beat down on some river ski’s.
Great to see you back lee!
Wow. Action packed day!!!!
Try a thermacell for the bugs. I was amazed how well it works.
The thermacell surprised me too. It is now essential equipment
I agree with a thermacell it’s made fishing that much more enjoyable
They keep the black flies away in Canada so they will work anywhere

You're the man Lee!
Awesome! I'd love to have a day like that!!! I see you're not far from me. Hopefully I'll run into you out there sometime. Tight lines!!

Nice vid! The termacell works awesome🤙🤘🎣
Wow that looked exciting. You got s lot of action on this night. I have never been Musky fishing but I would like to one day!
What a musky melee…Entertaining, informative and action packed…The only way that could have made it better was to have had someone to share the coveted experience…thank you for sharing…Welcome back Lee!!!

Great to see you back Lee, you and Robbie need to get some St.Clair action soon, it's been a grind there but some big fish are being caught this year!!!!
Can't wait
Good to see you fishing again !

Awesome episode Lee! 👍👍👍
Thank you!
Lee's back, and this time it's personal. I don't even know what that means. That's a good day on the water with that kind of action.

Dude!! you tore em up!!
Awesome footage. Was this WI river? Any advice on locating Muskies in river systems?
Thanks !!
Dude are you kidding me what an evening so glad to see you out and about again two thumbs up

Great evening of fishing, good to have you back. Other commenters recommend a Thermacell, I do as well. Great video as always.
Thanks
Freakin awesome Lee.
Lee! Good to see you!
Thanks!
Great video, Lee. Love to see you back. Can I ask the make of your jet boat? Looking into one to do some river muskie fishing by me. Thanks in advance.
16' Lowe Big Jon from 1986.
As said before get a thermacell for the mosquito's , Great to see you back great video
What a good inexpensive rod and reel for musky. Nice sunglasses what kind are they
Nice job.
Top water is the best way to catch fish love ur vids
Just picked up a couple flap tails from the Musky Shop yesterday. Gunna go put the to work in Three Lakes tonight. Good looking baits Lee
Any luck?
No musky. Little pike on the black and yellow flapper
Epic topwater eats!!!!
Welcome back lee
Nice to see you fishing below a dam I've been to.
What is your opinion of the newer Power Pro vs the old Power Pro braid?
The Power Pro Super Slick V2 is lightyears ahead of regular PP.
Every vid is quality content
🙏
"FLAP HAPPY" Way2Go Lee!
Had a SEVEN fish in 2 hours extravaganza on the Susquehanna a few weeks back...
And a new PB (44") at the same spot this year.
HEYOOOOO! Welcome back, Lee!
Thanks. Bass channel next...
@@TodaysAngler Yea buddy!
i just caught my pb musky on the st lawrence river yesterday 55 1/4 inch
Wow
Wish i had rivers like those around here
do you guys have any recommendations for very weedy and scummy water for muskies? (early and late in the day)
Spinnerbaits
What river are you on.
Are you able to get the job done on those flap tails with a shock and awe? just bought my first rod and am worried it may be too heavy to get in to top water yet
Just lighten your drag a tad and you should be good. Gotta do what you gotta do.
Awesome fishing! I challenge you to use a Dock Demon and land one!
Damm boss i only fish for bass but ive been subscribed and watched alot of your vids your the only dude i watch oh and your young bud with his fiance. BIT THIS VID WAS OFF THE HOOK I WAS SETTING THE HOOK FROM MY COUCH BEING ALL STOKED FOR YOU OFF THE HOOK BOSS THANK YOU
Glad you like!
I'm a commercial halibut fisher,..but the muskie has eluded my bucket list. I'm actually on the Canadian border trying for muskie I've fished every body of water possible. From Washington to montana and not shit.. so here I am looking for tips, its gotta be the water temperature I'm assuming is too hot.
Lee I thought you died. Good to see ya.
Hi Lee: you and Robbie do a great job sharing your fishing passion. I really like your individual episodes, but the two of you spoiled us when you fished together. I know distance makes it difficult to get together often, but fishing is always more fun with your best fishing buddy. The two of you are no exception. Stay safe, God Bless!
Thanks
Seen that sand bank before :)
Welcome back, Lee.
Thanks

All good stix baits go to heaven .
You ever going to make more of the LL version of the hog wobbler? Can’t remember what it’s called
TopH2O. I post a few from time to time. There were just some on there recently.
Actually built a few today and they are on the website here.

Flaptail repair video would be great so I know what to do when I buy mine
Check out the Today’s Angler channel and go back about 3-4 months..you’ll find the video you are looking for

Thanks guys appreciate it
bought the flap 9 a while back. fish dont want nothing to do with it. might be a little too big for my waters. Or i just suck.
They will...it will change in an instance one day.
Is it just me or did you catch the same fish twice? @ 3:30 & @ 9:45.
Cause I've done that before; moved 40yds down river and same fish right at boat side with same damaged fins and battle scares.
Where is that river?
Great video as usual Lee. Live near and fish that exact area you were in. I'd love if maybe blacking out some of the background is a possibility for you guys. These fish have been taking quite a beating these days. Unfortunately in hot water temps as well. Just a thought. Love your vids as always .
We zoomed in many shots to hide things.
Wow. 80 lbs main line. and 120 liter. that is some serious equipment. be cool to have that telescopic rod there baby.
Standard musky gear
Hey I love your vids I would like to see a top ten pike lures!!
You guys should do a today's angler vs everyone challenge on the fish donkey app
Haven't seen it
Check out uncut angling with Aaron Wiebe.
👍
Lee got to escape the bait cave! And put on a clinic!
What kind of leader do you run on your small lures?
Please be more specific
Todays Angler when your throwing a spinning rod with like a husky jerk?
20lb Terminator Titanium single strand
Finally
What were water temps? Seemed awfully hot lately.
77-78. Was filmed a while back.
Why do you control the motor from the back
Guided for 25 years out of the back. Comfortable there.
That second fish saw your red outfit lol
😆 how do guys catch them in glitter boats then?
The fish of 10000 casts that one took one - rutt Daniels
Welcome back. No offense to Robby, but your make the channel. Maybe its just the age group but more connection when you do the show.
Thanks for watching
Dang! Didn’t know you could catch fish with stove wood 😀. I guess those mean critters will hit anything.
🤣
Maybe a bright red shirt isn't the best choice . Nice job on those river ski,s .
How do they catch them in bright red boats?
@@TodaysAngler something spooked the hell out of that fish. I guess it all depends on their mood. I guess if it's gonna hit, it's gonna hit .
Ah, the musky toss - a move only today’s angler approves.
And the musky. Better than more stress on their gill plate holding them while they shake.
Don’t need to throw them 8 feet. Hold them over the net and set them back in when they shake. Fish gets back to upright and healthy.
🙄
Is that the 5 inch
Yes, regular size
Why do you stand in the back of the boat
Used to it in my guiding days. Plus its lower to the water.
Lee I wana ask u and robbie to fish with me on a few mile stretch below a dam lots big fish
Dm us on insta
Hey I dnt have insta or facebook my email is bnandez25@gmail.com email I'll give u all the info
Perhaps figure eighting with a blaze orange shirt isn't a good idea
Yeah cause muskies dont bite on figure 8's while fishing out of glittery fiberglass boats...
Why can't you fish muskies once thewaters at 80°
They really struggle to release well when the water gets this warm.
@@TodaysAngler that's unfortunate! But thats makes since why you guys are always out fishing in the fall and in crappy weather! Great to see ya back lee keep crankin out the killer vids guys!
nobody ever fishes musky here thanks for posting a video at this undisclosed location.
And all Flap Tails are sold out again.
I have some on my website.
Robbie answering your failed txt message: What does that even mean? :-D
Why would you slow it down at the end, I see this all the time and nothing but failures...
Speed was kept the same actually.
There are quite a few lure styles that benefit from slowing down at boatside such as glide baits, walk the dog, and dive n rise jerkbaits.
@@TodaysAngler I've fished muskies for quite some time, and plenty of tournaments...I've had more success with speeding things up or being more erratic close to the boat, especially with deep diving baits, jerking them straight up to get a trigger, never once have I caught or had a musky keep on pace when slowing things down or keeping it the same. Fun video though!
@@CMeister28 well, now you've seen it! Guiding full time I can attest to slowing certain baits down at the boat - flaps being one of them. Got a 51.25 in Madison last year on a flap slowing it down at the boat.
