4th of July Windsock

This is such a cute craft for the 4th of July! The red, white and blue colors make it a perfect for Independence Day, but you can also switch things up if you want to make it for another holiday.

- Toilet paper roll
- Blue paint
- Paintbrush
- Hole punch
- White ribbon
- White or silver star stickers
- Red and white tissue paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
