I knew it was going to Be good game, but The City, while empty in free mode, is still so lively that i Have literally spent past week just driving around The City looking at places. Its The closest to historical depiction of the America in The first Part of The century i have seen, Even better than L.A Noires

This is a very simple but efficient way to demonstrate how bad they missed the mark with MAFIA 3. They have had immersive cops in every single game up until that one and apparently they realized how bad of a move this was because they immediately put that shit back in with the remake lol
I heard they took out the immersive police because people complained... I never played Mafia III due to all the missing details. Mafia I & II tho two of my fav. games

(Pre Rstar announcement, sernando,Mrbossftw etc.) CZcamsrs were raging about how it's better than all games ever for about a month, I'm glad they cant really make content anymore, as good as pre suzan CZcams was there were some pretty shitty people allowed to make content.

Well, Mafia is more realistic than GTA. GTA is good, but it's world is more like a parody of ours and so, the police brutality being exaggerated works in that universe. While in Mafia the story and the world itself is more of a drama and so the cops are more like the real life ones. My opinion... Don't 🤓 me.
In Mafia II, I would always run into a cop thats just walking the streets, just to get him to chase me. Then id just slow jog in circles, an watch as multiple cops would show up, an chase me in the small circle im running 😂.... until one got smart an cut me off.. funniest sh*t tho
I've been playing mafia 3 over the past few days and they literally never pull me over for spe3ding or running red lights but I ended up demolishing a trailer and got in my car but saw a cop car so I sat next to him and one of the enemies came up to my car with a shotgun and shot at me and then I got a thing on my screen saying the police witnessed me make a crime and they started chasing me😂

Theres even a glitch where if you escape the cops by just hiding within the blue zone, the nearist cop car in the area will continue to follow you and, if driving, ram your car. At least the cops don't shoot but still...
But Marcano's family had the police force in his backpocket too and at that time Sal was waaay bigger than Lincoln. It wasnt until after their family is destroyed that Lincoln became the most powerful man in NB and was gonna branch out too or leave, depending on the ending
Bro in mafia 1 remake , I was speeding over 20+ I imagine.. I had one cop pull me over that the 2nd one told me to come out. .. I waited 30 seconds to figure out why haven't they charged me with any yet. 1 min passes than 2 more come I now have 4 cops then one of them said you hae to pay up . At this point another cop came and then came up to me that 6 cops stopping me giving g me a written ticket at same time why did they all just simultaneously wat for last 6th cop to all give me ticket them follow me back in my car .. they followed me for a block all sudden. I get the ARREST him... wow really they all bum rushed me then I got 3 stars and had to play case til I ran my self off the bridge smh. They set you up profile you in mafia 1 remake like they did me.they made me do suicide by cop lmao damn npc
I don't know why, but Mafia 2 is a game like a young boy getting involved in dirty work and what happens to him. Mafia 3 is a game that gets boring after a while because it repeats itself a lot. That's why Mafia:DE is the best for me.
Same here. Honestly woulda wished they would've had tommy kill saleri and the family like Vito did. Or would've just straight taken over after killing Sam. I've got a bunch of other possibilities that woulda been better then seeing the best mafia character get killed off as a rat but it is what it is sadly

Mafia city of lost heaven was closest to reality. Dialogues, weather, physics, walking everything was just so perfect.
