This is one of the: "Tell me the answer without telling me the answer." When OP is asking for the command and the answer is "YES" But then the lv3 is prob just "double quarter down arrows + KKK / PPP" type of input. Probably the character command list will be able to tell.

If i can give examples why Alpha is better than EX 2, it's moves like Nanase or Zangief jumping to outer space, Jack batting people to Jupiter and Excel... Broken Excel...
Man didn't list a single downside of EX2. Sending motherfuckas to space is sick and Excel kicks ass
Half of +alpha's cast is damn shotos, like it's egregious (Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Sakura, Allen (and I love Allen), evil ryu, and Kairi)
@@dougneon9550 alpha had better atmosphere and music. Every character had their own stage, theme song and ending. Ex 2 also has terrible frame and lags alot.
