Brother, aap khud hi asli chotiwala hotel mai nahi hain, asli chotiwala restaurant sirf Rishikesh, Swargaashram mai hi hai, or Puri sabzi Mathurawala, thade kuye ke paas Moti bazar Mai and Hari halwai ki dukan Mai hi khaye, ye dono approximately 80, 90 years purani hain. And shuddh Desi ghee ki preparation hai. Hoshiyarpuri hotel is good.

Though all places are very old but now the quality and quantity is quite unacceptable for the tasteless food in all these places. Presently they are only earning money.
Had food here 3 months ago. Quality has detoriated, price too high for a la carte selection. Other small bhojanalays r much better.

लूट का अड्डा बना रखा है, हरिद्वार को । 90 रुपये में 4 पूरी सब्ज़ी । जबकि इससे कई गुना ज़्यादा स्वादिष्ट पूरी सब्ज़ी 40 रुपये में, हिंदुस्तान के, कई स्थानों पर मिलती है ।
