In the early sixties Vivienne Chering was the vocalist for 2 Tottenham based bands; "The Davernettes" and "Flip and the Dateliners". Vivienne was a professional singer and musician and came out of show business in 1974 after a 15 month spell in “Jesus Christ Superstar” at the Palace Theatre, London.

Hi Dennis...unfortunately no, never famous...three of the original group are still alive and kicking...all in their 70s now....my mother- Vivienne Chering, Dave Donnison-drummer and Graham Sharp- guitarist...all still play and record...and all of them helped me with this project.
