I am 61 and looking into possibly retiring in Panama.
It would be nice if you would add the name of each visa on the slide where you show the "Documents requirements for this (Name of visa) visa include..."
That way I can screenshot the requirements for each visa and know to which visa these document requirements apply.

Hi, if I make a living by investing in the US stock market, do I still have to pay capital gains tax in Panama? I’m currently considering moving to Panama.
    Thanks in advance.

How can you make a deposit into Panamanian bank when you don't have a Panamanian bank account and banks don't open accounts for non-residents? You need a residency to open a bank account, and you need a bank account to get a residency. LOL.

Great Info! Question, as a PR do we qualify for free/public healthcare as senior citizens? Looking for a plan B as a Canadian… Thanks!

Don't come down to Panama expecting free/good healthcare. Come down and go private, it only makes sense

Very informative video. With the friendly nations visa, do you have to purchase the property first and then initialize the visa application?

You need to gather the documents yourself but your lawyer needs to prepare the application for you. Contact me if you know what visa you are after and need a referral to a good lawyer
