It really is. She writes such well crafted songs and understands, either intuitively or intentionally, the importance of a "hook" which is something that plenty of far older and more experienced singers/musicians STILL don't understand! Plus, she's got that silky Sade-like voice (and she's very pretty, which never hurt ANY singer-songwriter, right? lol Just being honest!) And she relocated from Australia to LA, which... THAT takes DEDICATION TO YOUR CAREER! I've been around this business for a very long time, and picked quite a few that went on to make it big long before they WERE BIG... I think she could very well "make it!" She does all of this stuff, herself, too! It's not like she just writes a song, has someone else play everything, and then sings... she PRODUCES her own stuff! Just a very dedicated and talented young lady.
