- This is a trip i have been wanting to do for a while, mainly for the novelty of getting the train from my house with a SUP. I also wanted to see if i could carry my board and camping kit together easily.
This trip went from Corour to Tulloch via Loch Trieg.
That’s a great video Jess. I’m amazed you got all that stuff in 1 bag. Definitely makes you want to get out on the sup.
yes its cool what you can do with a sup even just a bog standard all rounder
Thank you for this. Liked the lonely Corrour railway station. In Sept 1976 I went to explore all the hills around Loch Treig and Loch Ericht starting in fromr here. Stalking was an issue then. I rang the state office from the station for details. They said no walkers permitted anywhere. Result had two weeks in glorious weather. Ben Alder was fantastic. Stayed in haunted Ben Alder cottage all by myself. Memories. As for stalking, did not meet a single person. Lovely country.
Sounds like you had a great trip, it's such a nice place and would love to go back and explore further
Hi Jessica. I just finished watching your GoPro snippet from your loch morar exped and while watching it I thought oh she has a parashoot like the girl o watched in that video I while back and then I saw your selfie and was like wait a minute... Is Jessica the same girl? Had to check my history and sure enough it was you! Clearly hadn't spoken to you before when I had initially watched it. But was inspired so thanks for sharing😊
Ha ha yes I'm the same person.
I really enjoy taking the train as part of an expedition.
Hoppeing to do a full video on here soon.
Hope your move down south has gone well?
No worries at all 🙂
@@jessicaphilip2759 Small SUP world :) I will keep an eye out! Yah move down south is sort of ongoing. We have moved to Renfrew temporarily until we can get a house in Ayrshire. That is more challenging than we ever would have thought. But hopefully soon.
