I have owned an NV home for 21 years and have had to literally rebuild the entire house (electric, hvac etc).. The quality of the build was sub par and also listing my home next week. Buying a Ryan homes even though its not considerd a luxury but the overall build is good. And Ive been a full time Home Inspctor for over two decades.
Thanks for the video. I'm doing a pre dtywall inspection today in Osprey and you have planted some seeds.
One thing i will note about NV is that your salesperson absolutely matters a ton. Working with an experienced rep like Meredith is essential, especially if you walk in off the street without seasoned representation.
The second thing I will offer is to bring seasoned representation with you from the start! Someone like yourself can add tremendous value. I didnt think about it at first but they let me add someone before contracts and it was valuable.
Last, I will have an inspection done. I never even thought about it before. Thank you for the video

Pathetic home builder NV homes, I bought a house in 2022 and I have been struggling with non stop basement flooding, this year I have my basement flooded 3rd time in a row. NV home warranty blames it on grading and doesn’t own the construction faults. Worst customer service, they do have this serious problem of basement flooding.. stay away

They are putting cheap stuff. My home was not fully insulated and I have video of my basement that did not have fully insulated basement. Plus cheap insulation
