This is what if Teuthida didn't try to do his dramatic plan and just cut to the chase by trying to attack Mr krabbs who had to use squidward's love of music to distract Teuthida
This makes me think of an interesting question
Chum made squidward crave the flesh of other fish made his skin a deeper blue amd his lips receed giving him a void like mouth
Burnt Flicky made eggman red gave him a craving for animals (mobians and non sentient animals alike) and had similar effects on the lips
The yoshi mushroom made mario blind and gave them a yoshi like extending toung the ability to use echolocation and reduced his intelligence a significant amount probably to on par with a yoshi alongside giving him a desire to consume anyone he sees as having wronged him
So what if a character ate all 3 items?
I believe due to the similarities between chum and flicky we know the gums would shrink the lips would receed and their eyes and mouth would be engulfed in shadow, most likely they'd change color but what color is unclear as chum makes the victim a deeper version of what they already are (Teuthida is deeper blue and starved plankton is still green) but flicky seems to change you to an associated color somehow? (Eggman became the color he wore) maybe green from the additional influence of the yoshi code?
They'd also be blind but have yoshi's toung and the combined effects of all 3 items would have them overwhelming hungry to the point of likely being able to focus on nothing else, so even though starved kept his intelligence and turmoil and Teuthida both seemed to keep their own to an extent and have methods for their targeting (turmoil only eating enemies and Teuthida targeting SpongeBob and grabs the 2 who wronged him most) that's probably not gonna be the case here
Additionally Teuthida and starved both seem to have hightened flares for the dramatic being prone to speeches of some variety during confrontations despite only one if the 2 having such a quality beforehand (Eggman depending on the depiction) wich implies a amplification of such qualities no matter how small, similarly turmoil has yoshi like qualities
So our theoretical character would have the following effects
A skin that's a deep verson of either green or a color they are associated with
Receeded gums and lips revealing their perpetual toothy smile and voids in their mouth and eyes
A long prhensile toung that can grab into food from a shirt distance away
Blind (possibly without eyes entirely) but able to echolocation
Have a maddening hunger to consume all living things around them leaving half eaten corpses everywhere in their path
A mix of the simple Mannerisms of yoshi and the dramatic egocentric Mannerisms of syarved/Teuthida somehow
Although their mind may not be directly effected (the 2 starveds are unaffected and it's hard to tell with turmoil) but whatever the case they are do overwhelming hungry as if perpetually starving that they may be unable to focus on anything other than how to aquir their newest meal for very long anyways.
For these reasons I'd say an interesting choice for such a character could be kirby who's already frequently hungry and his inhale could easily just be replaced by him sending out prehensile toungs (I assume he'd have atleast 3 given the kirby series is prone to eldritch monstrosities and kirby is one themselves) they could become a deep pink and their already cute behavior could combine with the yoshi Mannerisms I mentioned to make part of their deal being that they seem adorable and act as such to trick enemies into getting close enough before they use their toungs to snatch them up amd eat them. It's not perfect as the non humanoid body makes it hard to repersent the dramatic personality and the pack of human speech gets in the way of the speeches both starved characters go on plus it's an arguable downside from base kirby's power level but it was the best character I could think of who would eat a burnt bird some ground up fish carcass and a suspicious mushroom all at the same time
Speaking of wich I'm surprised nobody has done a starved kirby. The idea is so easy, make them link exaggerat the already void like mouth and maybe add in teeth, say kirby saw a strange new enemy they've never seen before inhaled it and went through a strange new transformation that changes the normal inhaling that is normally just sucking them in trapping them in a pocket Dimension and using their power (wich people already joke about being horrifying) with a much mire gruesome version where kirby grabs enemies shoves them into his mouth and bites down cutting them in half thus leaving scared and confused enemies trapped in a cold pocket Dimension with their legs bitten off and eventually it becomes a pit where when kirby gets a new victim they just end up landing on a pile of past bodies, and that's only the ones who were unlucky enough to not be killed by kirby during the consumption, maybe kirby "metobolises" food within the pocket Dimension basically meaning the victims are rotting while still alive after getting cut on half by kirby's ferocious hunger. It's the perfect fit for stories like starved or turmoil's

I shall leave this as the 30th comment and I expect to not see a 31st ever show up. I can't help but wonder how such a goof cover should die so quickly and so quietly? Has seemingly useless eyes (turmoil is blind with glossy eyes and although Teuthida can see it's not clear how given he has voids in his eye sockets and mouth in place of eyes)
Is named after a real word that describes them (turmoil means internal conflict and Teuthida is a scientific name for squid)
Comes from a mod that is a collection of other twisted or subverting versions of the same character and their friends
