The connie is such an awesome ship. Its easy to get in and out of cause of its forward entrance, the doors open automatically and theres not a lot of them, its a straight line from front to back, and its spacious for comfortable living. Its totally awesome

I love the looks of the Connie but as a mostly Solo player, out of those 3, I’m jumping into the star runner just mostly for the speed & smuggling benefit
but solo star runner has no big guns =P
So the Connie’s at JT shouldn’t have their elevators down. They should open the side airlocks and have maze tractored in. It’s possible to climb boxes and jump inside but it’s less likely and can be covered, opposed to the exposed cargo elevator on the ground.
Like the Connie Asthetics and got myself a Taurus to try out first ERT i got , got a part blown off and could barley fly it. My Corsair takes beating my only enimies are light fighters and inanimate objects
If the elevator is open, you can access it just fine and steal it, if it is closed, Its substantially harder to get into as you can't use the buttons.
Hi, FYI it says diver in title not driver. II have a connie aquilla myself and its a good ship although the lifts and the view are a bit annoying due to those 2 bars right next to your crosshair and the lifts pushing the connie around on uneven ground. Also I find the lifts can be hard to get back into if on a hill.

@@Astro_Mani that’s what I’m banking on. I think with the history behind the freelancer that it will become top tier for moving boxes while using the smallest worm holes. I just wish I had 120 month insurance instead of 6 month. Sniff sniff
How can i blend in the 3 smaller huds at the top permantly ? Mine are only on mouse over there when i press F (Andromeda)

You missed one of the greatest things about the Connie. It's pretty much the only medium to large ship where you don't feel like President Skroob every time you try to get to or from the bridge.

I'm not sure VTOL is actually implemented on the Contellation. In both 3.19 and 3.21, while it does have the visual change for VTOL mode, I cannot notice any difference in actual performance. Contrast with the Retaliator, which absolutely shows a massive difference when in VTOL mode.

Why do you think the 400i has too many bugs? You realise they repaired that thing months ago? No more floating door panels or unlockable doors. :)
I think the C2 somewhat is a great daily driver too. Might be a bit big for some people but it's easy to fly, does not need a big crew, has the biggest cargo space and can carry all kinds of ground vehicles. I managed to defend myself so long in mine a few days ago against multiple fighters, that they eventually all left.
890 is nice for doing noob gameplay. I love doing stupid stuff like beginner box missions with that thing. (Stupid cause the fuel is a lot more expensive than the contract pays.) Imagine being new to the game, still having trouble flying your Aurora and finishing basic box deliveries. You're at an outpost to deliver a box and suddenly someone lands a capital ship right above your ship, overshadowing the whole outpost, engines blowing away stuff on the ground, then the elevator comes down and a guy comes out to collect a tiny box, drops it in the middle of his cargo elevator and leaves again. XD
400i is still however kind of useless. it does have great shields as is nigh unkillable ive handled right.
@@hungrybraineater2 i bought mine cause it feels the most realistic one for me to live in, if it would be real life. It's also great for bunker missions.
I think the Corsair with a fury in the back is a great way to go if you have the crew for it. Connie is a beast though, can’t go wrong with it!
Yo the only reason to have the corsair is for the 5 size 5 guns with the other guns the pilot has control of along with the 1 or 2 turrets. And the basically straight from the cargo bay to the pilot seat. But I own outright the Connie Aquilla and I have 2 ad5b's on top and 2 size 4 autritions on the bottom.

But to be honest if someone or nobody has figured out that its 2times faster to simply climb the area where the elevator is rather then take the elevator. Now aside from the 600i the MSR is absolutely my favorite larger ship. And the only real reason I baught the aquilla over the Andromeda was the veiw out the front window of the Aquilla over the Andromeda and the MSR wasn't available for sale when I got the Connie.
msr is a great ship but lacking in durability right now. If it was a tad bit better shielded it would be a very good ship.
connie is great for guides... great way to get new players up to ERTs and put some credits in their account. a newb in each turret is fun.

Yeah like I said my daily flyer bigger ship outta the three most mentioned here is the Connie aquilla for the 2 ad5b's on top to burn through shields easily with the 2 size 4 autritions below to finish the ships off in the fight, I like the corsair because the ability to have at my finger tips 5 ad5b's and the other smaller guns and its straight from the cargo hold to the pilots sear access and the 600i because its a 600i and I love that it looks like a chicken nugget from above. I hate the 400i think it looks stupid and serves no purpose as far as I'm concerned.
