But I seen that you didn't go far back enough to see who created XRP because it wasn't Ripple and the reason they have so many XRP it was gifted by the creators which one of them was David Schwartz who is now the CTO of Ripple. That was an issue people had and maybe another reason Ripple locked in escrow which is also done on the XRPL. Also Ripple had funded for validators to be on the XRPL to build the network in the beginning but anyone can be one and cannot be governed by Ripple as XRP and XRPL runs on its own without Ripple, that's the reason the judge deemed XRP NOT A SECURITY

I believe Polkadot was also deemed not a security by the SEC. In 2022 DOT morphed into a software. DOT should have huge potential in web3 and interoperability.

Didn't the SEC already allow a futures ETH etf? While Gary Gensler hasn't specifically stated ETH wasn't a security, the horse is already out of the barn due to them allowing a futures etf. Also, Black Rock has applied for a spot ETH etf.

BTC and especially ETH do not have written legislation saying they are not securities. They have verbal statements from SEC saying they don’t consider them securities for now. As soon as SEC has an angle to get a major cash grab from BTC or ETH they will go for them too.

The million BTC in the founders wallet or staking rewards from ETH are two examples that could be converted to cash if SEC could get to it. Which you would know if you understood crypto.

4:30 I have to correct you here. Bitcoin and ethereum were given a free pass by the SEC due the the corruption in the SEC and their buddies that were heavily invested in bitcoin and ethereum. They don't have the same regulatory clarity as XRP for not being a security.
My top picks for this bull run are Illuvium, Verasity and Staxum.
Remember, 65% of those holding Xrp are Day-trading XRP. Thus, everytime there is a huge price rally of xrp, it is immediately followed by major correction caused by day-traders dumping hard to lock-in profits. This will weigh down or mute xrp price mooning in the near future.

Price target for this next speculative run up i’d say low double digits on the upper end.
