Yes!!! I found the video! For a while, I couldn't find this video for some reason. The original uploader was someone named Kiwi Green, who has many videos of their Indian ringneck parakeet named Kiwi. I assume they deleted the video for whatever reason and for some reason I couldn't find any reuploads, but now I found it again! Thank you so much for reposting this.
