      He did. You can see the front drop a little half way through the jump. Back break doesn't do much when you have all that wind resistance.

      Geared way up for top speed because his run in isn't limited.
      I think he said 100+ at take off.
      And that jump is definitely in the 400' ballpark. So gnarly.

    Rule of Thumb: When sliding, draw a smiley face on the ground before you get up. If the smiley face is 10 feet long you haven't stopped sliding enough to stand.

      It did, several years ago with a stuntman and a rocket built buy Evel's original engineer's son using the same blueprints with a few changes to the nose and parachute release. It's on CZcams. Not much publicity.

    Learn to jump before you fly. Hit the back brake to level out. With this new knowledge go forth and try again.

      He did halfway through the jump. Hitting the back brake doesn't do much at those speeds because of the wind resistance pushing him back.

    he should of tapped the rear brake to bring the front wheel down more. probably could of saved it.
