If anyone having problems with the 5-0 grind around the fountain, I thought there was a glitch or something because I swore I was doing it right every time. Don’t confuse BS/FS 50-50 grinds with 5-0 grinds. Press down and the grind button (Triangle or Y) at the same time to perform a 5-0 grind.

There is a easier way to get it, if you’d go up the rap at the start then turn the corner and drop down the levels

That E was well hidden. I had the other letters.
You can get the K right away if you just slow roll up that starting ramp and follow the balcony down. It puts you right next to the K room and then you can go to S from that.

Anyone else having an issue with the goal to 5-0 the fountain not completing.
It’s funny man. I’m killer at this game. And even the old tony hawk game gave me issues with this simple thing.
Also just got it to work. Go in super slow. Like a forever grind. Then it will pop
I had that issue too which is why im here lol to see if im even doing right 🤷♂️
Try a BS 5-0. I was doing FS 5-0 and wasn’t working until I did a Bs 5-0. Hope this helps
U gotta move down and press the grind putt on to do the right grind move

Thanks for the help, I never got to this level on my own as a child so I couldn't remember where everything was. I believe it was in the HD Remaster? I could be wrong, idk, I could never get just beyond Downhill Jam or whatever it's called with the water pipes; anyway I couldn't really unlock any stages after that on the N64 version in the early 2000's. :P

When you're going for secret tape you come to a skidding stop how do you do that? I can't figure it out also do you know how to do a 180 while skating and turn around to go the other way? It's like a quick turn around any help would be greatly appreciated! 😁 Also awesome vid
The quick turn around is (d-pad) down, down, R1. Its the same thing for xbox except the R1 is whatever is in place for that on xbox

Anybody else having trouble getting enough air for the nosegrab? I have my stats up and can never make it all the way over
You gotta make sure you’re jumping right at the end
Make sure your special meter is full
Also boneless/no comply it so double tap up as you jump then hit the nosegrab

What do you need for vv collectible?
Do the stat points move around or something. The three I've found were in different spots and the 4th i can't find at all
anyone else realise the stat points are in different positions for them? mine aren't in the same places as these videos.

How do I unlock the skater videos, I’ve collected all my players stats ? It says I have to complete the “stat points” challenge I assumed that meant collecting all the stats but it still won’t unlock ......... ???
Example say I get all the points for Eric Koston full stats then you get a tape for filling that characters stats idk if you made a custom character if that’s the case then you won’t get it it’s for skaters that are already in the game or if you did do it on a character that’s in the game it’s prolly glitched the game did just come out so there might be glitches
@@Blackiceicle the customer created skater does get a video but you have to complete every challenge with it
That nose grab isnt as easy as you make it look xD i have full air and hangtime and im still hitting the railing as i come down haha
Scott Downie I was having the same problem try doing a boneless off the ramp and that should help

I managed to get it reassigned some points into ollie to get some more height and cleared it pretty easily :)

You go to skate tours then go to tony hawk pro skater 1 or 2. You have to beat the levels to get new ones

Try to press up on the dpad twice before the ollie. You will do a boneless and jump way higher. Also make sure your special is filled. After the boneless make the nosegrab
Are the stat points specific for console? Because mine are in a different place
Specific for characters. Tony's spots are different than a custom skater

My only guess, is to go back through the levels and see what you missed

How the hell do you nose grab i keep doing the indy
ugh doing the nose grab over the gap just isn’t really working. seems like my guy is limited with his jumps, even with the skill stats maxed out for Air, Hangtime and ollie.

Hallo Egal are you also on playstation? it’s not just here that’s giving me problems, it’s also on downhill jam trying to get the secret tape when you grind the 2 railings and then have to do the ramp transfer over the drain
i’ve been playing these games since they were first released and have owned every tony hawk game, even the terrible one with the physical skateboard.. but this is just weird why he seems to not be jumping as high as i see in videos

@@coltonwarner4367 so i swear it was on the half pipe to the left the first time. Now it seemed to have moved to the one directly left of you when you start. Maybe you hsd the same isue as me. Because i got it at first. Then the game updated and maybe moved its location?
