i posted a tutorial of how to buy from vlast kr site as an I-PLLI on my X. You just need a kr warehouse forwarding address with a service that makes the final payment for you (or makes the entire purchase for you). I ordered it, had my service pay for it, shipped it to the kr address and then they forwarded it to me in the US.

i'm actually in the US! hahah so i'll be doing them side lats while watching it online. i do plan to record it and post it to my drive later after the delayed broadcast as i don't want it to get in the way of online ticket sales since their first concert demand may affect future concerts
