Rashford was my favourite player for many years.
What he's done this season by putting in zero effort since Sancho got booted, is an absolute disgrace.
If he'd put in the effort we'd have been challenging this season because he showed last season how perfect he is in an EtH system, but instead he spat his dummy over his best friend and tried to use "player power" to get EtH sacked, all season.
All the nonsense PR about him giving everything and loving the club doesn't ring true at all, tbh.
Get him out the club at the first opportunity, he's an absolute disgrace to the badge.

As a long life Utd fan, I don’t want player power and I do want Erik Ten to stay and build, he’s doing a great job giving youth players a chance, something that’s not been done since Sir Alex. Remove the players who can’t play for Erik and replace them with Hungry players
Youth only getting a chance due to injuries not because he wants it that way, he is ruining 2 young players in Diallo and pellestri due to not having the bottle to bench Rashford, we have a fantastic left back in the minute who isn’t even getting a shout over wan bissaka who is a terrible liability, amas and Fernandez

Give Mainoo a new 5-year contract with reasonable staggered pay increase, bonuses based on personal and team achievements, and option to extend for 1-2 years. But not a long-term deal with a big pay bump right from the start. United need to learn from those contractual mistakes.

United need new players. Need to buy them carefully. When you look at City team sheet vs Luton, you will find at their bench: Kyle Walker, Graelish, Bernardo Silva, Foden, Ake. This kind of team depth is what Manchester United need to have. We need to buy great talents. What we are having now will only bring us at mid table EPL in average, even with Zidane as our manager.
People get carried away so easily, just bcuz Zidane won 3 UCL and you think is a super manager and better than ETH. Apart from UCL he did not win the la liga. Antony was just too expensive not even worth 40m...Malacia was a cheap signing so for a rotation player I have no problem with him..Mount has not played enough this season

Best go for young players in all positions and build them up as United rebuilds. Older/experienced players come with baggage and do not fit a club that is rebuilding. Also fans and the club in general expect them to deliver instantly, and given the type of fans at United plus media focus on United the pressure can prove too much.

I don’t see the situation changing between now and the end of the season because of the injuries to key players so INEOS can decide on the future of ten hag now or allow him to focus on next season. I’m not ten hag in or out because the state of the club is beyond the manager, however I will accept whatever SJR wants to do ie retaining Eric or letting him go
We can not keep sacking and changing managers after an abhorrent display of performances as this has clearly not been the satisfied outcome in recent seasons. The players are the issue.
The club needs to undergo serious and crucial revamp where all the underperformed players leave which pave way for new players that fit Ten Hag's system of play.
This seasons abhorrent performances is not entirely Ten Hag's fault, but it's due to the number of injuries we've had which has caused an array of drastic and daunting performances especially with the we play.
for man united signings pace ,power and confidence on the ball will be key in all areas and we need overhaul as well in the medical and nutrition department ,and eric ten hag or the manager of the day will need to instill a winning mentality on the team .

If we do not sign at least 2-3 quality centrebacks that can press high and a central midfielder that can combine press resistance and passing tempo to dominate midfield, next season will be a write off even before it begins, just like this season. Last but not least, to win the league United must be rid of viruses - remove players who not only lack the drive and mentality to win, but their presence actually demoralises the attitude of their team mates.

Manchester united must look into Dusan Vlahovic who is a flexible striker that can play with or with out ball we need such striker that is active on and off . Also we need a solid right back including a solid left back including two centre backs that are already established . Antony loan ,Eriksen , Martial,Sancho, Greenwood , Van de Beek can be sold to purchase a proper CDM and CM type that knows how to be involved in play not ball watching Mid marking wil be key ,Match control type hence the situation of Hannibal at Sevilla is worry some .

He has one more year on his deal, it makes most sense to get a structure in place, and evaluate at the end of his deal rather than pay the break clause, pay for a new manager, and then try and figure out the backroom staff at the same time.
We need to re evaluate 3 major areas: one is fitness, as the injuries have been insane take a hard look at the medical department.
Two: we need to take a hard look at scouting/transfers, as we've burned a crap tun of cash of people not even playing for us at the moment (vdb, Sancho, Martial).
And three: the coaching. Now is EtH the manager or the coach? Either way even coaches have their own coaches. Are the attack midfield and defense coaches the best in class? I really doubt it. We have been lackluster all season, always complaints about lack of style, lack of control, lack of identity, huge spaces between midfield defense and attack, and lack of chance creation. Yes blame the under par players but also let's take a look at the coaches. Are we seeing the fruits of top class instruction on the pitch?
Once we get the structure and backroom staff in order it should be really clear if Eth is the main problem or not. My guess is not, but there are things I'd like to see changed. He refuses to rotate his players. We have guys like Eriksen, Amrabat, Mount, and even wingers like Antony and Diablo who don't get minutes unless there's an injury. Are you telling me they can't even come in for 15-30 minutes and do a job in a game we are drawing or to close out a game?

Erik Ten Hag is the right man, there isn't anyone else out there. Get rid of the players past their primes and those not good enough, and rebuild around Mainoo, Hojulund, and Garnacho by bringing in hungry young players. An experienced striker, however, could help Hojlund develop

If Varane was playing RCB, I'm 95% sure that those two goals wouldn't have happened. And having an actual left-footed LB and LCB makes a world of a difference, in all parts of the pitch, compared to only having right-footed defenders playing out of position. This is obvious stuff and people still can't seem to grasp it. Injuries have been a major problem all season but United should still be beating teams like Fulham, Brentford, and Bournemouth. ETH and the fit players need to take lots of blame, too.
