I created a video game in 24 HOURS (Not Really) it was more like ONE MONTH or 1 MONTH. This is a game like minecraft except without the mining or crafting. Dream plays minecraft with MrBeast and Technoblade. This game is called Grapple and is similar to Cluster Truck and Karlson and other Parkour related games.

DLC UPDATE! -- Shortly after the release of this video the project file for this game was corrupted, stupidly, I made most of the levels in around 3 days towards the end of the project. I forgot to commit these changes as I was busy making this video. Unfortunately that means the game in its current state only has 1 level. I recently decided to make the game from scratch, before the whole unity drama, leaving me in a place now where I'm not sure what to do with it.

@@pixel_eyezd3805 it is simple, the quest two is the weaker version of the Oculus milk, (uses only one milk bottle) and thats what dani gave him :-).

I really recommend Resist VR then! It's a great VRRPG game with the main mechanic basically being a grappling hook and guns! It is a quest exclusive though...

there's also a fanmade spiderman game in vrchat called Spider lair
It would have been cool if you’d make the mushrooms lily pads!
i beat all 9 levels, and it was kinda frustrating
there isn't enough control over your movement, for example
the grapple is weak
-you aren't pulled towards what you're grappling at, rather it pulls you for a bit and then swings you, probably since you're using basic spring joints
the movement is janky
-it takes too long to switch directions, aka slow acceleration
-dash isn't strong enough
-too slow
no support for above 60 hz
the music repeats every time you die instead of continuing
sometimes it's hard to see where to go
-on the 9th level the obstacles are the same colors as the walls
-when a wall is one single color, it's hard to see how far away you are from it
-on the axe levels, i'd just go over them instead of through them

you make one better for vr and youll have the right to complain for more than 2 lines. This isnt constructive critism its just being negative. You didnt offer solutions or even phrase it in a kind or motivating someone to better it way. Maybe try not being a dck
Hey this must be why when I see it I don’t get that feel of rush and momentum that you feel when watching or playing cluster truck and I only bring it up because it will be pulling the same people in to play
I only made it to level three. I guess I'm missing something. Anyway, I agree with all of your criticisms as far as they applied to where I managed to get.
On the ice level, you should've have it so that when you grab onto an icicle it falls down.

theres two types of game develepors ones that dont play there own game enough and ones that do barji is one who does
My dream vr game is a gritty realistic vampire hunter game similar to the world of Abraham Lincoln vampire hunter. It should have pve, pvp, and single player. There should be multiple maps where there’s an ai vampire or player vampire and a team or single person tried to take them down. It’s dark and gritty and cool, and should have a physics engine similar to blade and sorcery. It is a dope idea and could really make a fantastic game, but I don’t think vr tech is quite there, but soon!

I didn’t like it personally, it felt clucky to me. I do think it could be good if map design had more care put into it, better movement, and better music. It could be a pretty good game if it didn’t have the downsides.

0:34 this is relatable, a lot of times I flip a coin just to choose the other thing, I guess flipping the coin just pushed me to decide
The coin flip is so true and relatable
I always see if people want me to do a specific type of thing even though I want to do something else so bad

You should add a boost and or double jump mechanic to the game, for when your in mid air you can boost to get a faster time you should also add sliding and wall sliding

You should add a little “playground” type of thing were you can mess around like you had when you tested the features.
Idea: add a free roam area where you can grapple to things to your heart's content.

Man I love this concept and I know it should be original but I think it would be top tier if you could get that same feel of momentum from playing cluster trucks or what’s it’s name, which I just didn’t feel when watching maybe it’s different when playing and I don’t know how it makes you feel fast either.
