the thing is her long long time dancer and dance teacher, Park Yohan is a well known dancer and choreographer in S.Korea. So its easy to get good pro dancers XD
also her band members actually, each one is a very good artist, established musician in their own. For example is Hong Sojin, the keyboardist/ bandmaster is the bandmaster of crush and taeyeon as well. So yeah, "IU band"/ "IU-team" are consist of the best artists :)

Havana was written by Kim Edana, a South Korean song writer that IU worked CV closely with during the early part of her career. The song is from her 3rd Album Modern Times which placed 2nd on Billboard's top 100 Album's of of the 2010's.
She talked about this when she appeared on Suga's podcast which aired a few weeks ago. She said that the Golden Hour had such a large audience that she kept her set list to her hit songs nothing that a lot of people there would be casual fans. But that she was holding a fan only concert where she would be singing a lot of her personal favorites that her fans know and love but that she has never performed in a concert before.
That show, call Suchwita episode 24, was really good and a lot of information about both IU and Suga was revealed. I highly suggest you watch it and even react to it, forget about the CZcams rule of thumb about keeping reactions under 15 minutes. If the subject matter is compelling it doesn't matter. As evidenced by the fact that most of reactions to this show the views are well into the 5 figures.
She also said that the 3 songs she wants to be remembered for are Heart, Knees and Through the Night.
Finally, as surely you know by now the other dress switch was from the Golden Hour but the song was Eight, the opening song of that concert.

IU's dancers are part of her team, which includes her managers, stylists, makeup artists, musicians, etc. She once demanded to her agency that she will renew her contract with them only if they would give her over 40 staff a salary raise, and in exchange for fulfilling that, she did not get any down payment from her contract. Her case is special because she's one of the biggest artists in Korea. Unlike other artists who hire their dancers only for a duration like a tour or album promotion, IU's dancers are almost permanently employed, although I heard that they also work for other artists sometimes. Some of them have been with her for more than 10 years.
For K-pop groups, it depends. For groups that come from big agencies, they usually have their own crew that goes with them during tour. These big agencies even hold an audition process just to hire their back-up dancers. Those dancers could either be part of the agency or people they hired from a dance studio.
