Thanks Bro! Great video tutorial especially for MAC users who's willing to use Rhino+Grasshopper! Don't stop! Keep videos coming! You have my Like and Sub!!
Hi, I only speak spanish, so I didn´t understand very well. When I compressed the archive, this converted in zip, but then when i try to open this zip is the same, There doesn´t change. So i would like to know if someone can write the detail steps to install because i have a macbook and i need this program (LunchBook) for the university because I study architecture. Thanks!!! :(
when installing honeybee, i'm getting an error that says "runtime error (ValueErrorException): Cannot find scripts directory under Rhino Installation. Traceback: line 46, in installHoneyBeePlus, "". line 112, in script."
I have the same problem, and after some research I found that it is a common issue, since that honey bee depends mostly on radiance which is not developed for mac yet ..... so I don’t think anyone have honey bee in mac
Tried this for my rhino 7 and it's not working :( dragged the lunchbox folder into the right directory and it'll automatically deleted when booting Rhino.
Hey, I can't think of a specific reason this won't work. Try installing one version previous and it should work fine. Check the pinnded comment to go to the folder easily.
Go in rhino, type « package manager », run the command then type weaver bird in the research bar, when you’ve found it click install and finally restart rhino. You should have weaver bird installed after that 😉
Biomorpher was done in wpf (the core dll files were built on windows presentation foundation). The developer has to making it cross platform compatible. So to answer your question - No, Biomorpher will not run on mac (on the date of the comment)
In grasshopper (inside the program) go to file> Special Folders> Components Folder and drag the whole unzipped lunchbox folder there. I have Mac and Rhino 7, so yes, it works.
I posted an updated version of this installation guide here : czcams.com/video/R2ciMKY-hAA/video.html
