One would have expected a lawyer and legal luminary as Monday Ubani to stand by what the law say, the legal and justice that make Mr Monday to be a member of the bar. Asking the law to be thrown out into the bush in place of the wish of a lopsided agreement not in line with Nigeria constitution is a disgrace. It shows how low Monday Ubani has underrated the legal profession which he makes his living and how he want his name to be written in Nigeria legal history. The fact that the political agreement mid-wifed by President Tinubu stated that some people are *DEFECTED* member of house of assembly in sufficient to INVALIDATE any compliance by the other party.

The River State Governor is an executive Governor of the State. He has been bestowed with the executive power to govern. No one has the right to dictate to him on how to govern the State; not even the President of the country has the right to dictate to an executive Governor; under the present presidential system practiced in Nigeria.
He is not answerable to the President, but answerable to the Rivers people that he represents.

Our people are not known for being the slaves of one man. Odili, Amaechi, Omehia all left that office for him in peace, he should equally, leave the office in peace for Fubara -the current Governor.
Fubara should stop fidgeting when he goes to Abuja. He should respect people there but at the same time, assert himself as a Governor.

A POLITICIAN complaining about implementing a POLITICAL resolution, is definitely naive!
There will never be a situation where only one's view to an issue matters in politics.
A governor's tenure is only for 4 years; use it to fulfil your promised dividend of democracy to/for the electorates!
It is not every thing you have in mind, that you exposed to the media/public; do your work and ignore those trying to distract you.

A budget that has been passed and signed into law by the governor should be represented again? Presidential proclamation is a political solution to solve problems and not constitutional means so the governor won't allow the house to take him for granted for implementing the presidential proclamation.

Ubani is a not speaking the truth but biased.
How can a budget passed already be represented to the house.
The representatives who are standing on one leg should be quiet and allow peace to reign in Rivers State.
Prof. Wokocha is absolutely saying the simple truth.
How can a governor accent budget twice. NOT POSSIBLE
