Ford Super Duty Extended Cab Door Won't Open - Fix!

Ford Super Duty Extended Cab rear door wont open fix. Probably works on most Super Duties from 99-16 but I can only guarantee the 04 generation as that is what I have.
Parts Used: Doorman 926-111CD
Tools Needed:
Philips Screwdriver
T27 Torx
Needle Nose Pliers
7mm socket or nut driver
Dremel with cut off wheel and steel burr
