Nice and informative presentation. Marketing is very important aspect. Is it not possible that apple farmers form groups of 10-20 farmers. Keep aside some funds for marketing. Visit foreign markets for direct tie ups. Hire services of IT professionals and use direct marketing through dedicated app. Arrange orchard based tourism after tying with established travel agencies.
I think more than depending upon govts, growers should form small groups and be self relient to grow more. Best wishes...
