James Zabiela demonstrates both his technical mastery of machines and deep understanding of music and its effect on humans (in other words, how to rock the house). This stunning set was recorded at the very end of Space and We Love's 2009 closing party, but the vibe, crowd, and music....
James Zabiela is the most talented Musician and DJ I have ever seen live. And I have seen many.
Probably one of the busiest nights at Space, no smartphones, just party. So sad theese nights will never be back. I was there!
so awesome to think i played alongside this guy at a Ying Yang boat party in the 90's when he was working in the local Movement Record Shop in Southampton-UK , The boy did us proud !!!
I used to but vinyl from him at Movement too ... used to go the Bedrock regularly. One week he gave a mix tape to Lee Burridge who passed it to Sasha, who then signed him ... couldn't have happened to a nice more genuine bloke :-) I miss those days :-)

huhDiasbo he beat mathces for 30 seconds which is nt really long enought to b considdered good. he mixs safe which is no good .. and the use of effects cutting up tracks stops teh vibe. i dont rate him..
