@@Bradford659 oh yeah I remember that! I think Mike should've played this riff though, just because their live performances are otherwise so tight. Similarly, I can never get over why Simon insists on playing the lead part on Bubbles. It's still impressive, it just could be better.

I know, i find it hard to play guitar and take my eyes off the fret board let alone sing. Matt Heafy is another guy who can have full conversations whilst shredding a solo. talented guys.
The Inme - Day Dream anonymous album blew my mind in the same regard. One guitar playing insanely complex riffs whilst singing. Madness.
It is easier than it seems...believe it or not, the verse of "Justboy" and "Spanish Radio" are faaaaar more difficult to sing while playing...the first because the timing of the riff is different than the vocal and the seconds....well, if you see the guitar version you will understand why, those slides are difficult to perform while singing without mistakes
You need to watch Arcane Roots who took this to extremes!
