Dang that kid took it pretty tough. I would have been more upset about the gaff, especially since there's no way that tuna could survive with it stuck in him, I think. Unless it pops out and then it can heal. Oh well :)
Yeah we didn’t want hurt it but Id be surprised if it didn’t flick the gaff

i love hard bodies but i always troll a combination because sometimes they definitely prefer one over the other

Poor fish that would have had to shake a gaff out after a fight. That was shonky. It probably died.

The tuna was fully utilised and nothing was wasted which is so much better than buying canned tuna which was netted unsustainably!
