Several things. One, I’ve been to Italy several times and without failure, I lose weight there, skin friggin glowing, bounce in my step. You look radiant. And so fulfilled. Secondly, the ingredients in Europe, but specifically Italy, really are on another level. The care, history, and respect shown to every single ingredient is almost spiritual. When you come back to the States you don’t just taste the difference, you literally feel the difference. And it’s not for the better. ✌🏼 Thirdly, your encouraging us to say our dreams aloud… that was like a bell ringing in a quiet room. It’s the truth.
I loved watching you document your experience in Italy! It was amazing to watch and I felt you were glowing so much.
