If the owner gets another pup and puts him in the same conditions, report him to the police. That dog is in inhumane conditions.
It's Ukraine. Their animal cruelty laws are almost non-existent. Nothing would ever happen to the man.

Plus they are at war. Thats why the charities are having to feed so many strays. When Russia invaded and people had to flee they werent able to take their pets on the transports.
A lot of people travelled with their pets out of the war zones. But not everyone could manage to do this. War upsets every equilibrium. 🤦♀️🇬🇧🇺🇸👎

The guard needs to be educated. Get 2-3 of the stray dogs that roam, feed them a bowl of good food a day, have 2-3 pet sessions with them daily, they will protect the place. Dogs protect their home.
I finally stumble upon someone who gets it. He needs to be EDUCATED, not arrested, or burned alive which some people here suggested. They think everybody is raised to respect animals and see them equal as them. At least this guard tried.

Bravo to team LFF for taking the pup away, and with a warning to the bad owner. All that filth and tight space make me sad for the pup, this owner has no love or respect for the dog. I enjoy the photo session. The set up with pink peonies is beautiful and young Emmy posing so well, proves herself to be a sweet, adorable and well behaved dog.
