very nice kitchen, so aesthetic! to be more specific, actually the "island" you described is called a peninsula. But in Singapore/Malaysia, we usually don't call it peninsula, we just call it island only. if the extra space is not connected to the main kitchen workspace, then only it's called an island :)

how many square meter is this? the living room looks very big, got 110sqm(5 room flat)?
also you mentioned it is sort of like condo style in singapore, so means it has swimming pool, gym, bbq pit etc?
how about the cost? how much to buy this apartment if you were to not rent? any plans to buy one? is there like a bto system there?
Uhm!! The equivalent of it is the Singapore condo but there are different grades of Korean apartment so those good ones do have swimming pool!!! But most are furnished w gym! There is no BBQ pit culture here in any of the apartments haha!
To buy and rent, the price varies based on many factors like location, period, size!! There is BTO system but you must fall under a certain income gap before you qualify for it. Hope this helps :’)
