I dunno what it is about your renditions/covers, but something about the arrangement sensibility and the production quality/mix sounds so right to my ears. Love it!
Hobbyist musician here. I found the something.
1.) They're great at audio mixing, and choose digital instruments that don't sound cheap or choppy.
2.) They don't deviate too far from original, but they make their improvised bits go along very well.
3.) They have perfect sense of making fucking fire beats. All the time.

I think this is the best rock version of this song I have heard yet. You did an amazing job of turning it into rock without losing the dynamic range of the original song. It feels like a lot of other covers struggled at how to do the quiet parts of the song or even just outright ignored the dynamics and just loudly rocked through the whole thing. But the song is so much better like this.
