Hello I got 3 times rejection for the same reason they are asking for the utility bill of the lessor but my agency refused to give any utility bills..what should I do if my agency cannot give me this and the identity Malta is keep on rejecting my application..thank you for the help

As per VFS checklist, if you have lease agreement, you don't need declaration of proof
Sir in the check list on 11th no. There is mentioned copy of present and previous passport.. Here i want to ask in my previous passport my wife name is different from my present passport, i changed her correct name in present passport when i renew my passport, so should i show copy of my previous passport
No worries, that's not an issue, you can attach a previous copy of PP

yes, you should mention the approximate date, if you are lucky visa reviewer will pass the application.

I am already submitted my documents vfs last January 4 now almost 35 day's finish iam check the status but no update about visa stamping..no more messages still now underpriced..
sir you how what happened why its delayed.
Don't worry, usually it will take 4-6 weeks, if more than that you have to contact VFS only and no other option.

my employer only provide lease agreement so requierd declaration of proof or not plz answer me
(i) Confirmed Hotel Booking; - - -> OR
(ii) signed lease contract; - - -> OR , (iii) ‘Declaration of Proof’
So, if you got lease agreement, that is fine to proceed

Not sure if you can sponsor someone, however if your card expired your friend application will be delayed or they may need your revised I'd card

Good Morning Sir, I live in Malta. My wife recently signed a job contract and is currently in the process of obtaining her employment visa. Can I provide her with proof of declaration for accommodation, allowing her to stay in my apartment until she finds her own place? What is the maximum number of days for which I can provide this proof of accommodation? Additionally, will this proof of declaration be officially accepted even if she does not have a family reunification visa?
Proof of accommodation can be provided by Landlord only.
In the declaration of proof My employer did not tick owner or tenant tick box its affect my application?

Sir in last there is you said sign and notary public. But my employer is advocate and he is just stamped and sign! So it will accept or not???
Good Question!, I think your advocate needs to get another notrized person to witness the sign of your advocate for safer side.

By default it's 1 year, you cannot go down below 1 year

@@webramesh bro I watched 2 videos here and then asked landlord in Malta to make that contract for me but he said as in shared residence, max 6 months allowed to make a contract as per Malta tenant authority law. Are you malta now?

My recommendation is to book it for a week (7 days), if you already have some accomodation references by looking social media.

My friend filled that form.. So here is the question.. does he needs to go to Maltese Public notary To get the form Notarised?
Or High commission of malta would do that here in New Delhi?
